About the Role:

We’re looking for entrepreneurial, travel-passionate individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Subagents. This is a remote, commission-only opportunity designed for self-starters who want the flexibility to work from anywhere while building a rewarding business in travel.

As a subagent, you’ll book travel for your clients under the Play Harder Travel brand using our preferred suppliers, booking systems, and the extensive support of Envoyage.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and book flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, insurance, and more
• Build and manage your own client base
• Use agency-approved platforms and supplier tools to create customized travel experiences
• Stay up-to-date on travel deals, trends, and industry news
• Provide support before, during, and after travel
• Promote preferred partners and exclusive offers from our Envoyage network
• Deliver exceptional service that keeps clients coming back

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for travel and helping others
• Friendly, organized, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Travel sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
• Sales experience in some capacity is required
• Comfortable with tech and learning booking systems
• Access to internet, phone, and a computer

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-Only: You earn a percentage of the supplier commissions
• No base salary or hourly pay
